- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How do I place an order?

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. You can also log into your KELINA account anytime to view your order status.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process orders quickly, so we can’t make changes once it's shipped. If you need to cancel, email us ASAP—we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
We're currently shipping within the U.S. only—but stay tuned, international shipping is coming soon!
How long does delivery take?

My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it—what should I do?
First, check around your property and with neighbors. Still nothing? Contact the courier directly or reach out to us and we’ll help sort it out.
