2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–14 business days.

  • Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days (varies by location).

    France, Malaysia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Hungary, Sweden, Canada, United Kingdom, Greece, France,

  • We currently do not offer express shipping to keep our shipping process simple and reliable.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard shipping costs $7.99 for orders under $49.99.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders of $49.99 or more.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your package using the link provided or through the "Track Order" section on our website.


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please first check with the carrier for updates.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@thekelina.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

  • KELINA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


6. Address & Order Changes

  • Once your order is processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
